Inside Sales Specialist
The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for executing outbound calling, online lead generation, qualifying opportunities and setting appointments for the business development team. The right individual will aggressively contact prospective companies and create awareness and interest about eTERA Consulting capabilities and solutions. The position will work closely with business development, marketing and public relations. The roles and responsibilities of the position include the following :
- Prospect for new leads using the Internet or other resources to create sales-ready leads and opportunities for the business development team.
- High volume of outbound calling via targeted sales campaigns to prospective clients.
- Interact with prospects via telephone, email and social media.
- Uncover individual pain points and needs of potential clients.
- Engage prospective clients to create awareness and interest in eTERA Consulting.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development leadership to execute targeted new business campaigns.
- Proactively maintain ongoing knowledge of industry, target clients and competitive landscape.
- Research client targets, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to create opportunity.
- Update eTERA Consulting business development pipeline system.
- Assist marketing and business development with projects, events and campaigns on an as needed basis.
- Attend marketing and business development meetings and calls.
- Achieve targeted goals including volume of contacts, qualified leads generated and lead conversion percentage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; a minimum of one to three years related experience and/or training with at least one year of high volume outbound calling experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-2 years outbound calling experience in a business to business roll.
- Ability to work in a goal oriented environment under pressure.
- Ability to adapt communication style to the targeted audience.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and communication skills a must.
- Confident and polished phone prospecting skills required.
- Must possess the following attributes to be successful and to find the position rewarding: competitive, motivated, self-driven, ability to deal with objections, and attention to detail.

Business Development Professionals
eTERA Consulting is seeking business development professionals to join our team. To be considered, prospective candidates must demonstrate that they have:
- Strong business relationships with corporate legal departments, C-level corporate executives and law firm partners, and a proven track record of generating revenue from those relationships.
- A sustained history of meeting annual revenue goals of more than $1 million.

ESI Specialist
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Processing in LAW (e.g., importing, filtering, tiffing, numbering, exporting).
- Building custom deliverables to meet client requests.
- Updating project tracking sheets and creating client reports (e.g., exception, exclusion and custom).
- Preparing media for client delivery.
Background and Experience:
- Some experience with legal entities, such as law firms or corporate legal departments, as a paralegal, electronic discovery processor, or other relevant experience.
- Worked as part of a multi-functional team, with proven team player experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems or other relevant degree.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Technology savvy with experience in data entry or processing in Concordance, Summation, LAW, iPRO, Catalyst, Clearwell or other relevant technology.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat Standard/Professional, and Microsoft Word.
- Strong documentation, information analysis, ability to follow directions and excellent follow-up skills.
- Professional demeanor, proven interpersonal, organizational, analytical and excellent communication skills.

Coordinating Project Manager
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for project management activities on multiple incoming projects at eTERA Consulting. The Coordinating Project Manager is directly responsible for planning and reporting on all phases of project life cycle, including: compliance with work orders and contracts, chain of custody and materials tracking, financial and time-based projections and forecasts, billing and volume metrics, and reporting on project-level information. The Coordinating Project Manager is the primary communications channel to the client and works closely with operations and account management. Specific duties include:
- Oversee projects from initial set-up to delivery of the finished product, with a focus on client relations and communication.
- Work closely with client to set up projects, job turnaround estimates, and job specifications.
- Continuously monitor multiple projects and jobs within each department to ensure deadlines are met.
- Work closely with production staff to ensure proper allocation of resources based on deadlines and priorities.
- Serves as a liaison between Account Management, production staff, and the client during the life of a project.
- Communicates frequently with client to resolve issues and provide status updates according to the client’s needs. Manage client expectations throughout the life of a project.
- Ensure jobs are completed according to client, industry standards, and that job specifications and deadlines are adhered to.
- Ensure that other PMs are up to date with enough information so that proper handoffs can occur when unavailable.
- Work on document searches in various data bases.
- Maintain accurate and current records of all aspects of a project relating to job tracking, specifications, and chain of custody related documents.
- Interact with clients to develop strong client relations.
- Provides final quality control check on client deliverables.
Background and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Has at least two years experience in the legal services industry, preferably as a project manager.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong technical understanding and/or experience with e-discovery process, lifecycle and technical issues.
- Has an understanding of operations, including document imaging, printing, coding, electronic data processing and document searching.
