When it comes to technology, eTERA Consulting believes one size does not fit all. Therefore, eTERA Consulting does not force its clients into using a single litigation technology tool. Instead, eTERA Consulting is technology independent and supports a number of litigation tools, allowing it to tailor to client’s specific needs.

eTERA Consulting continually invests in technology and research to save clients time and money. Through its technology committee, eTERA Consulting is continually assessing, evaluating and implementing new information and data management tools to better support its clients. 

As a best practice, eTERA Consulting works with at least three technology tools at each step of the EDRM model, including:  project management, Early Information Assessmentsm, forensic collections, processing, hosting, review, production and presentation.  The ability to utilize diverse technology tools enables eTERA Consulting to customize solutions best fitting client needs more effectively than a single application.   

eTERA Consulting works with clients to assist in the assessment and evaluation of technology solutions and strives to maximize and leverage existing client technology investments.  In addition, eTERA Consulting has in-house capabilities to implement software changes to fit changing project requirements.

Overall, eTERA Consulting’s approach to technology management and utilization sets it apart from those competitors who push a single product that may not fit the changing and unique needs of clients.
