Director of Client Engagement | Washington, DC

eTERA Consulting has an immediate opening for a Director of Client Engagement, reporting to the Vice President of Strategic Solutions. Essential duties for this position will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Develop business with existing contacts and relationships.
  • Grow revenue and expand services.
  • Work closely with Business Development Executives to establish overall account strategy and execute on the strategy.
  • Translate customer needs and pain-points into key product and/or solution gaps.
  • Develop structured processes, workflows and other components of an eDiscovery program with a client.

Project Analyst | Washington, DC

eTERA Consulting is currently seeking entry level Project Analysts to join our highly successful team in the Washington, DC office. The Project Analyst is responsible for assisting the Project Management team on all phases of the project life cycle, including making labels for media, copying data onto media, loading data onto the eTERA network, maintaining the media tracker database, creating customized data reports, project coordination, job ticketing, database setup and maintenance, compliance with established tracking and chain of custody policies and procedures, billing and volume metrics, and reporting on project-level information.
