Vazantha Meyers is responsible for all aspects of eTERA’s Rev1ew One® service offerings, from consultation on best electronic discovery practices to analysis and production of documents. She manages client relationships, providing both expert guidance and rapid response.

Ms. Meyers directs large teams of lawyers on legal reviews for a variety of clients, including law firms and corporations. She is an accomplished electronic discovery attorney, applying more than a decade of legal acumen to both novel and mundane matters as a consultant to clients on policies, procedures and practices related to electronic discovery. She manages eTERA’s legal staffing team and has successfully supplied teams of capable, experienced and efficient reviewers to dozens of clients.

Previous to joining eTERA Consulting, Ms. Meyers worked for Mayer Brown LLP in the Electronic Discovery and Records Management Group, providing counsel to corporate clients on discovery and records management issues.

In civil litigation, Ms. Meyers worked on complex commercial litigation cases involving securities fraud, shareholder derivative claims, consumer lending, debt collection credit reporting and enforcement of arbitration awards. Her roles included drafting motions and briefs, preparing witnesses for deposition, participating in developing the litigation strategy for complex civil litigation, and managing complex document productions.

Ms. Meyers has authored many legal articles on topics relevant to electronic discovery including her contribution to the Practicing Law Institute treatise Electronic Discovery Deskbook: Law and Practice (2009) and an article on proposed Rule 502 for the Sedona Conference. She continues to author articles on best practices on eDiscovery and attorney-client privilege.

Ms. Meyers graduated from Valparaiso University School of Law as a Monsanto Honors Scholar and received her B.A. from Purdue University.
